Whitney Wilson

My interests lie in Romanticism, British Literature, Contemporary Literature, and Poetry. I am interested in exploring how literary texts reflect and challenge systems of power, social values, political thought, and historical change.  I seek to understand how literary works both respond to and influence the political and cultural contexts in which they are produced. By bridging literary analysis with perspectives from political science, my research explores literature's capacity to challenge dominant narratives and contribute to broader conversations about social transformation.
