Bio

My research interests include comparative literature, African American literature, postcolonial and Global South literatures, and writing pedagogy. I am interested in how literary and cultural texts engage with questions of identity, power, historical memory, and social justice across diverse historical and geographical contexts. Through my teaching and research, I explore how stories shape our understanding of communities, histories, and lived experiences.
