On Thursday, September 10th, at 4pm in Leadership Auditorium we will be hosting alumni reader Jennifer Maritza McCauley, fiction-writer and poet and author of Neon Steel, When Trying to Return Home, Kinds of Grace, and Scar On/Scar Off. In her most recent book, Neon Steel, McCauley explores nerd identity and anime culture in Pittsburgh in the late nineties and early 2000s, featuring magical realism and genre play.
