The English Department welcomes you to the new school year and to invite you to the English Department Welcome Event, which will take place on Friday, Aug. 21, 11:00AM-1:00PM, in Tate Hall 114D. The event is part of the college’s general Welcome Day and is intended to welcome new majors as well as to inform prospective majors and students about what the department has to offer. There will be light lunch/refreshments and a relaxed atmosphere. Come enjoy a bagel and hang out with us before classes begin.
