As a part of the MU Artist-in-Residence Program, Ted Chiang will be giving a reading/talk in Cook Hall, State Historical Society of Missouri on Wednesday, December 1st at 7:00pm .

His fiction has won multiple Hugo, Nebula, and Locus awards, and has been featured in The Best American Short Stories. His debut collection, Stories of Your Life and Others, has been translated into twenty-one languages.

While on campus, Chiang will meet with undergraduate and graduate students, share manuscript consultations, and give a craft talk, among other activities.
