The class explores the intersection of writing and generative AI, from the perspective of the arts and humanities. Students will learn terms and concepts of generative AI in writing, understand how generative AI can be applied in various writing contexts, apply best practices for using AI tools in real-world writing scenarios, analyze collaborative writing projects involving AI and human authors, evaluate and improve both your writing and AI-generated content, and create innovative writing samples in partnership with AI technologies.
