Introduction to Creative Writing is designed to help students who already know they are writers to improve their skills, and to give students who are curious a chance to discover hidden talents for writing. This is a class designed to introduce you to the key elements of contemporary poetry and prose, as well as to model those key elements in your own writing. We will be reading from a textbook/anthology, as well as utilizing online resources, and you will be producing original poems, stories, and essays.
