Julie MelnykDr. Julie Melnyk is Associate Director of the Honors College and Coordinator of the interdisciplinary Humanities Sequence. In addition to producing numerous articles and scholarly presentations on nineteenth-century women's literature, she has edited two collections of original scholarly essays: Women's Theology in 19th-Century Britain (1998) and, with Nanora Sweet, Felicia Hemans: Reimagining Poetry in the 19th Century (2001). Her latest book is Victorian Religion: Faith and Life in Britain (2008). Her book on Christianity, Community, and Subjectivity in Victorian Women's Religious Literature is currently under consideration at Ashgate. Education Selected Publications
