Alumni and friends are an integral part of the Department of English, and we are proud to have nearly 5,000 alumni, living in all fifty states and fifteen other countries. Your service on boards and in alumni organizations, your participation in our "Career Days in English," and your generous financial contributions support the department's efforts in teaching and research.

All alumni and friends should receive our annual newsletter (generally sent out each summer). For those who would like more frequent updates, we also offer an electronic newsletter, sent out several times a year. If you would like to receive this e-newsletter, please send an email to umcenglish@missouri.edu. We'd be happy to add you to our growing list. We also hope you'll keep your contact information current with the MU Alumni Association. (You do not need to be a member of the MU Alumni Association to update your information.)
